Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans or CARE CREDIT, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Some of the insurances include:

We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation/broken appointment fee with less than 24 hrs. notice.
